As a skilled facilitator, Bettie brings over 30+ years of experience in leading groups
to consensus and charting a plan of action to achieve team goals.
She facilitates workshops for corporations, agencies, and groups of collaborators
who need an outside, objective leader that will leave everyone feeling heard and acknowledged.
​Bettie is a professional with over 23 years of experience as a National Trainer and Consultant
with the Nurturing Parenting Programs (NPP).
This evidence-based curriculum is utilized by parent educators worldwide.
Bettie is the author of the NPP cirriculum supplemental for African American families.
